2.1.   Outdoor full color SMD Q5 8 scan module consists of red LED wafer、 green LED wafer and blue LED wafer packaged as a pixel and form a matrix，and then fixed to the plastic packages； 2.2   This module contains the driver chip and chip input buffer，connected to a LED display control system to display video、image and text message； 2.3   Through OE signal to drive red LED、green LED and blue LED driver IC，can form 43980 hundred million color conversion； 2.4  This module can be spliced horizontally or vertically，thus spliced into the kind； 2.5   Module features：
